What types of information can Swimbi collect?We collect some Personal Information and Non-Personal Information from you. As explained above, Personal Information is information that can be used to identify you individually, such as your name and email address. Also we collect date of order, order ID and domain names registered for usage with our products.
How does Swimbi collect information?Our website and apps collect an Information by lawful and fair means and, where possible, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. We collect an Information from you when you provide it to us or our ecommerce provider. For example, if you purchase a product sold through our ecommerce provider, we may collect your name, order ID, date of order and email address. If you sign up to receive a newsletter, we will collect your email address.
Like the owners of most websites, we are using analytic and reporting services to record Non-Personal Information such as Internet domain and host names, Internet protocol (IP) addresses, user software (Browser and Operating System) and the dates and times that the Web Site and the Swimbi apps are accessed.
How Swimbi protects Personal Information?Whenever we gain your Personal Information, we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, we are not insurers of the security of your Personal Information. Consequently, we assume no responsibility for any disclosure of data as a result of errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or breach beyond our reasonable control.
The content that you save, post, or transmit on or through the Web Site, except for the payment process that is executed by our ecommerce provider via secure protocol, may be accessed by other users, as well as people that you do not know. We are not responsible for the actions of others. How does Swimbi use your information?Generally speaking, we do not intentionally disclose your information to third parties without your permission.
