What types of information can Swimbi collect?

We collect some Personal Information and Non-Personal Information from you. As explained above, Personal Information is information that can be used to identify you individually, such as your name and email address. Also we collect date of order, order ID and domain names registered for usage with our products.

How does Swimbi collect information?

Our website and apps collect an Information by lawful and fair means and, where possible, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. We collect an Information from you when you provide it to us or our ecommerce provider. For example, if you purchase a product sold through our ecommerce provider, we may collect your name, order ID, date of order and email address. If you sign up to receive a newsletter, we will collect your email address.

How does Swimbi use your information?

Generally speaking, we do not intentionally disclose your information to third parties without your permission. However we reserve the right to do so because it may be necessary to the operation and continued growth of our business or to preserve the rights of others. Such instances are listed below:

When you enter sensitive information such as payment information, (credit card number, etc.) on registration or order forms, you are using a corresponding page of our ecommerce provider which encrypts that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Which follow commonly accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information in the time of transmission. We do not have any access to that Information. However, it is important to know that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of digital storage, is totally secure. Therefore, no one can guarantee its absolute security.
